STANDARD RETURNS (30 DAY WINDOW)

If Harra isn’t the right fit for your family, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund.

  • Condition: To be eligible, Harra must be in its original packaging and the same condition you received it.
  • Shipping: For standard "change of heart" returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We have chosen this as a measure to support intentional purchases and reduce the environmental impact of unnecessary transit.
  • Process: Email us at info@littlesquiggle.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
CIRCULAR RETURNS

If you’ve owned Harra for more than 30 days and your little one has simply outgrown the music, this is where our circularity mission begins.

  • Condition: There is no quality requirement for a circular return. We simply verify that the unit returned is Harra before processing your payout.
  • Shipping and Cash Back: We provide the prepaid shipping label and a $20 cash back to thank you for helping us keep our materials in the loop and out of the landfill.
