PRE-ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

By placing a pre-order in our “Earth Day Drop”, you are reserving your spot in this initial production run. Woohoo! 

Payment Timing

• Authorization: When you place your pre-order, your payment information is securely stored to reserve your unit. No funds will be withdrawn from your account at this time.
• Final Charge: We will only process your payment once your order is packaged and ready to leave our warehouse. You will receive an email notification shortly before this charge occurs.

NEED TO CANCEL?

We want this process to be stress-free. Since we don't charge you upfront, you have total flexibility:

• Before Fulfillment: You can cancel your reservation at any time before the shipping process begins at no cost.
• After Shipping: Once your order has been fulfilled and payment is processed, the order can no longer be canceled, but it remains eligible for our standard returns and circularity program.
