1. Product Safety & Use

  • Age Grading: Harra the Hippo is designed and intended for children ages 18mo–4yo.

  • Supervision: While our products are engineered for independent discovery and active play, adult supervision is recommended to ensure the safest play environment.

  • Testing & Compliance: Our products are designed to meet or exceed relevant safety standards, including ASTM F963 (Standard Consumer Safety Specification for Toy Safety) and FCC Part 15 regulations for electronic play.

  • Modifications: Little Squiggle is not liable for any injuries or product failures resulting from unauthorized modifications, repairs, or use of the toy outside of its intended purpose.

2. The First Drop & Shipping Estimates

  • Limited Release: This initial "Drop" consists of a limited number of units available for early community access. Future availability and production will be determined as Little Squiggle continues to grow.

  • Timelines: As a startup, our August shipping goal is an estimate based on current production schedules. We prioritize quality and safety above all else, which can occasionally lead to schedule shifts.

  • Refund Guarantee: You are entitled to a full refund at any time prior to your unit being shipped.

  • Circularity Program & Financial Incentives: Little Squiggle offers a $20 cash-back incentive to customers who choose to participate in our circularity ecosystem by returning their toy through our designated process. To participate and receive this payout, we collect your name, email, and a payment username (such as Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal). Under California law, this program may be considered a "financial incentive." By voluntarily submitting your return form, you opt into this program. You may choose not to participate, or request the deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at info@littlesquiggle.com. The incentive offered reflects our commitment to product renewal and material recovery, and the data collected is used solely to process your cash back and manage our circular logistics.

3. Limitation of Liability

  • Little Squiggle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products beyond the purchase price of the toy.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, musical arrangements, and brand assets related to Little Squiggle and Harra the Hippo are the exclusive property of Little Squiggle.

5. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware.
