At Little Squiggle, we believe that responsible ownership starts with how a toy arrives and ends with how it comes home. We’ve designed our shipping process to support a circular lifecycle for every toy we create.
The First Drop: Limited Release

Exclusive Access: Harra the Hippo is making a limited debut! We are releasing a handful of units for our very first drop to the community.

Shipping Timeline: We are in the final stages of production and expect these units to begin shipping in late June.

Startup Caveat: As a small startup team, our highest priority is quality and safety above all else. Your early support means the world to us. If for any reason we encounter a significant delay that doesn't work for your family, we will honor a full refund of your purchase at any time before your unit ships.

Standard Shipping: We are pleased to offer free shipping on all domestic orders.
The Return Journey (The Encore)
We’ve made it easy to ensure Harra never sees a landfill. Our circularity model works because of you. When your little musician is ready for their next adventure, follow these steps to complete the loop:

Request Your Label: Visit our FAQ section and click the Return Harra button to submit your information.

Prepaid Shipping: We will email you a prepaid USPS shipping label. Simply pack Harra in a box, attach the label, and drop it in the mail—we cover the cost.

The $20 Payout: As a thank you for participating in our circular mission, once Harra arrives back at Little Squiggle HQ, we will issue $20 cash back to your preferred payment method (Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal).
A Note on Condition
We know that a well-loved toy might show some wear and tear—and that’s okay! There is no quality requirement for your return. Whether Harra is still making music or has reached the end of its playing days, as long as it is our toy that comes back to us, you receive your full $20 payout. We take responsibility for the materials no matter what condition they are in.
